Living, dying, loving, hating.
There is a whole lot of mystery in our Gospel today, John 12:20-33, as Jesus talks about seeds planted in the ground.
It is almost as if Jesus is speaking to his disciples and to us in a type of code. He uses things of the earth to describe things of heaven. His words can leave us feeling a little confused.
Pastor Beth said that Jesus begs us to listen and search for the deeper meaning because God is in that mystery.
Today Jesus is leading us back to the mystery of God.
At this point in our Lenten journey, we are invited to quiet our souls and rest within the mystery of God. To wait and watch and see what grows.
