There was an eager and energetic group Saturday April 5th in the Community Garden. Ten rows of potatoes were planted (thanks to SMOGS for pre-digging the trenches). Cardboard was placed and chips were spread for a new picnic area right by the Community Garden. The lovely cedar picnic table built by Mike D. was transported across the parking lot to its final home. Blueberries were planted on the south side of the lot, and partially mulched with cardboard. It was a great time of family fellowship!
Please take advantage of this lovely table as the weather warms up, and let Gail or Brent know if you would like to help in the garden!
