St. Mark Community Garden has garden plots available for community members that would like to grow their own vegetables. The raised beds are 8 feet by 8 feet or 8 feet by 3 feet. For those folks that have difficulty bending over, a few plots are 3 feet high. The beds have organic compost, and drip irrigation.
In exchange for the use of the bed for the growing season, you are expected to help work in the potato and pea patch we are growing for the Thurston County Food Bank.
Click on Community Garden on the Ways to Serve menu or click here to go to the Garden page. You will find an application form and the garden guidelines. We hope you will garden with us this year!
