On Easter, the wall behind the altar changed from purples, whites, and barren trees to spring greens, yellows, and new life. With the Cross of Flowers, it was a very cheerful background for our two Easter morning celebrations! The music was spectacular with many instruments accompanying the choir and the hymns.
The High School Youth Group, their parents, and High School Youth Advisors cooked up a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs, ham, fruit, pasteries, orange juice and coffee. The tables were beautifully decorated with daffodils, pastel cloths, and easter candy eggs. The money from the Easter breakfast will help pay for the Youth weekend in Holden Village.
